USWeb/CKS Expands Branding and Advertising Expertise in Los Angeles Office

Kathryn Campbell to increase competency in business-to-consumer and business-to-business brand building; Beverly Atkins to manage implementation of media campaigns for clients

Los Angeles - November 29, 1999 - USWeb/CKS (Nasdaq:USWB), the leader in Internet professional services, announced today the addition of Kathryn Campbell and Beverly Atkins, marking the company�s commitment to offer its clients unique brand building and advertising insight.

Former Ogilvy & Mather partner Kathryn Campbell joins USWeb/CKS as Director of Brand Strategy and Research. Campbell will be responsible for expanding of the office�s insight and approach to building brands in both the online and offline worlds and extending her knowledge to the rest of the company. Prior to joining USWeb/CKS, Kathryn received the Charlotte Beers award for Brand Strategy, and her expertise covers both the consumer and business-to-business segments.
